1. Purchase requirements applicable to all product suppliers
We request the sending, as applicable, of EU / EC declarations of conformity or performance, certificates, tests, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, instructions and manuals for products and / or equipment, or other technical specifications provided for in legislation and / or applicable regulations.
2. Purchase requirements applicable to all service providers
We request that you send, as applicable, evidence of compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory provisions regarding Quality, Environment, Safety and Health at Work for the provision of services to be carried out to or at our facilities. In addition, in our facilities they must comply with all the indications and / or instructions in force.
3. Performance monitoring requirements and non-compliance
The control and monitoring of the products / services provided takes into account the criteria: Documentation, Identity and Quantity; Deadline; Product or Service Requirements perform for or at our premises, including applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Whenever we consider relevant and in cases of detection of non-conformities or negative global assessments, communications are made to suppliers for the correction and / or determination of corrective actions.
4. Communication requirements
