Bragmaia®, a company founded in 2005 and certified by ISO 9001, is a consolidated company dedicated to the design and production of urban furniture, playgrounds and sports equipment of the highest quality.

Significant investments are made constantly in the research and development phase of new products with excellent performance and functionalities, resulting in a sustainability policy, in accordance with the quality and requirement standards.

Thanks to such quality and reliability in technical and commercial services, Bragmaia® has become, during the last decade, one of the most renowned manufacturers of urban furniture, playgrounds and sports equipment in Europe, currently exporting to various parts of the globe through a vast network of employees and direct distributors.

Through its design department, Bragmaia® cooperates with architects, urban planners, engineers, public and private authorities, so that customers always expect excellence in quality, technology and reliability in pre and after sales.

Safety and compliance with standards have been tested and approved using the GS symbol (Geprüfte Sicherhei) and subjected to rigorous testing by TUV and CEN standards, for playground equipment in Europe (CEN TC 136 / SC1).

These devices are still in compliance with the standards EN1176-1,2,3,4,5,6,7; EN 1177.

1. Purchase requirements applicable to all product suppliers

We request the sending, as applicable, of EU / EC declarations of conformity or performance, certificates, tests, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, instructions and manuals for products and / or equipment, or other technical specifications provided for in legislation and / or applicable regulations.

2. Purchase requirements applicable to all service providers

We request that you send, as applicable, evidence of compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory provisions regarding Quality, Environment, Safety and Health at Work for the provision of services to be carried out to or at our facilities. In addition, in our facilities they must comply with all the indications and / or instructions in force.

3. Performance monitoring requirements and non-compliance

The control and monitoring of the products / services provided takes into account the criteria: Documentation, Identity and Quantity; Deadline; Product or Service Requirements perform for or at our premises, including applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Whenever we consider relevant and in cases of detection of non-conformities or negative global assessments, communications are made to suppliers for the correction and / or determination of corrective actions.

4. Communication requirements

Communication and interactions must be carried out by the various means available and, whenever relevant, they must be documented to ensure knowledge and avoid failures or misunderstandings.

5. Data Protection Requirements

Suppliers undertake to maintain confidentiality, not to make any copies in any format or to disclose any types of data and information and all other legal provisions in force in the general data protection regulation.

With the materialization of the tangible substrate project of this application SI Inovação the company intends to produce components, equipment, of the final product (playground, urban furniture and physical maintenance equipment), embodying the strategy of increasing presence in the value chain, by at the same time that it will produce, through the effect of creation, new forms and final objects with close connection (SNC) to the production system.
Strategically, the company intends to be the main player in the national market with a production structure directed to the markets, technical support, design, commercial and productive strength of high quality and differentiating in a very concrete market niche and with very high added value.

Objectives and Expected Results:
• National leader in the business segment, “niche”, for the production of urban furniture in theme parks for leisure, health and well-being;
• Achieve a turnover of at least 2 million euros (double compared to 2014), 70% of which will be destined to foreign markets;
• Diversify the portfolio of its products, through the creation of two new ranges per year in the playground, sports and urban furniture market;
• Launching private label products by 2019;
• Reduce costs with the purchase of raw materials and their efficient use, reducing waste by 10%;
• Provide the company with productive, energetically sustainable and innovative equipment for the sector, by the end of 2018;
• Provide the company with its own production of in-puts, namely, curved tubes, wooden planks, among others, aiming at replacing the acquisition from third parties.
